Bespoke course bookings
The day of training
- The client must provide a suitable classroom facility with sufficient tables/chairs to accommodate the number of delegates and allowing a table for the PowerPoint presentation equipment.
- A power supply must be available for the trainer’s presentation equipment.
- The client must inform the trainer as soon as possible if any delegate(s) are running late due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Where delegates may have difficulty understanding the English language, an interpreter must be provided by the client, and SMH T&SS must be informed prior to the training taking place.
- Asbestos Awareness training does not enable delegates to work with asbestos.
Certification
- SMH T&SS will only send out certificates once full payment has been received.
- Each delegate will receive an individual certificate displaying their name and company.
Cancellation
- Courses are only provisionally booked until we have received your signed Booking Forms or Full Payment.
- Cancellations are to be made in writing. Cancellations made with less than 5 working days notice will incur the full charge. Cancellations made with less than 10 working days notice (but exceeding 5 working days) will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made with less than 15 working days notice (but exceeding 10 working days) will incur a 25% charge. 15 + days notice of cancellation will incur no charge.
- In the unlikely event of sickness of the allocated training instructor, we will try to cover the course to the best of our abilities. If we are unable to cover the course, we will offer an alternative date but cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the client.
Payment
- Full payment is required 7 days prior to the training date
- Invoices will be raised and sent on receipt of Booking Forms.
- Payment can be made via cheque, BACS transfer or card (details provided on invoice).
